Configure Linkly
Open SPEEE POS, go to Providers, select Linkly, enter your account details, choose Sandbox or Production, and save.
Connect your Linkly Cloud terminal to your till in approximately five minutes with this simple, step-by-step pairing guide.
Pairing connects one card terminal to one till so the till can send payments to that terminal.
Follow the sequence below, then use the complete PDF guide for detailed instructions.
Open SPEEE POS, go to Providers, select Linkly, enter your account details, choose Sandbox or Production, and save.
On the terminal, press Function, enter 3 for Cloud, select Pair with POS, and note the six-character code.
Click Pair terminal in SPEEE POS, enter the six-character code, and click Pair.
Switch Enabled on, click Test payment, enter a small amount, and complete the test on the terminal.
Expand an issue below to see the recommended next step from the guide.
The code may have expired. Fetch a fresh code from the terminal and try again immediately.
Check that the credentials are correct and belong to the selected environment. Sandbox credentials do not work in Production, and vice versa.
The terminal has not logged on to the bank yet. Wait a moment and try again. SPEEE POS logs the terminal on automatically before the first payment of the day.
A terminal can only be paired to one till at a time. Pair it again from this till to take it back.
Check Providers. The Linkly card shows the current state and reason. Only one provider can be enabled at a time.
Card numbers, PINs, and magnetic stripe data do not reach SPEEE POS. The software receives only the outcome, card scheme, and last four digits.
The terminal handles sensitive card information. SPEEE POS is told only the transaction outcome, card scheme, and last four digits.
Contact SPEEE WEB support and include the screen message, transaction reference if available, and whether you are using Sandbox or Production.
